Responsibilities

This Branch Administrator is responsible for maintaining and organizing all communication in and out of the office, weekly payroll, accounts payable and receivable processing as well as generating/maintaining financial reports and other general office duties. 

  • Maintain and organize all communication in and out of the office
  • Manage and run weekly payroll, accounts payable and receivable
  • Manage contract administration, invoicing, employee HR and onboarding process
  • Meet accounting deadlines
  • Coordinate and plan community service projects and employee relations events and other general office duties

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidates will be able to excel within a team building atmosphere and play a supportive role to co-workers and branch manager
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office
  • Candidates with prior JD Edward’s and ADP system experience are highly preferred.
  • Applicants must have prior office administration experience and strong organizational and communication skills
  • High School Diploma/GED
