Responsibilities

  • Assist in timeline management, scheduling, data collections, quality review and presentation creation for financial, Executive and Board presentations. 
  • Manage the project timelines, assist in the compilation of and review Company publications including the 5-Year Plan and Annual Report. 
  • Provide administrative project management on technical system or policy changes sponsored through the President or VP – including scheduling, information gathering, requirements documentation and milestone management.
  • Compile Ad Hoc and routine reporting using all financial and custom applications containing financial and operational data.
  • Assist in the writing, editing and distribution of certain internal and external communications.
  • Assist in department, corporate and executive event/meeting scheduling, planning, documentation, and hosting.
  • Contribute to process management, supporting documentation, template preparation and monitoring for annual budget development and bonus processing.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice approval, email and calendar management, printing, and research as needed.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable learning and navigating standard accounting platforms, such as Oracle based ERPs, and numerous ancillary applications.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel including the use of lookup formulas to combine data from multiple sets and display graphically.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation-style platforms with the ability to create modern visual representations of data in a concise format
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and communications.
  • Experience working independently and functioning well in a high-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate with leadership and department staff
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
