Our Gainesville, VA landscape construction office, has an immediate opening for the Sales Executive position.

 

Responsibilities

  • The Sales Executive typically works as part of a team within the branch location and is primarily responsible for understanding and identifying opportunities in the market, local networking and relationship building with targeted potential customers, involvement in trade organizations, conducting needs assessments, assisting in estimating, creating and presenting proposals, closing on business with new or existing customers and maintaining long term client relationships.

 

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidates will work equally well independently or as part of a group, have a track record of success in developing business to business relationships and generating opportunities to win commercial landscape or construction contracts. In addition, they will have a good knowledge of the commercial construction industry and the local landscape market, be well organized and detail oriented, and the ability to negotiate opportunities.
