    We currently have an opening for a Field Manager/Superintendent located in our Laytonsville, MD branch. 


    The Field Manager/Superintendent is responsible for:

    • Planning and executing all aspects of high volume, complex commercial landscape installation project
    • Duties to include; labor and subcontractor management
    • Pre-qualifying material deliveries on site
    • Customer interaction
    • Managing safety records and enforcing safety regulations
    • Tracking labor and identifying manpower for work completion
    • Driving quality and efficiency
    • The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
    • Track record of successfully managing or being a part of a multi crew landscape installation operations.
    • Knowledge and experience workingwith theplant pallet and identifying with horticultural best practices
    • Strong organizational skills with fine attention to detail
    • Strong and effective communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
    • Degree in landscape contracting, horticulture or business management and CLT, OSHA 30 are preferred
