  • Overview

    The Assistant Branch Administrator is responsible for assisting the Branch Administrator for maintaining and organizing all communication in and out of the office, weekly payroll, accounts payable and receivable processing as well as other general office duties.


    • Maintain and organize all communication in and out of the office
    • Manage and run weekly payroll, accounts payable and receivable
    • Manage contract administration, invoicing, employee HR and onboarding process
    • Meet accounting deadlines
    • Coordinate and plan community service projects and employee relations events and other general office duties


    • Ideal candidates will be able to excel within a team building atmosphere and play a supportive role to co-workers and branch manager.
    • Demonstrate strong computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.
    • Candidates with prior JD Edward’s and ADP system experience are highly preferred.
    • Applicants must have prior office administration experience and strong organizational and communication skills
    • High School Diploma/GED
