Ruppert Landscape is a large, award winning, quality oriented, fast growing, commercial landscape installation and commercial grounds management company. We currently have locations about as far south as Atlanta, Georgia, to about as far north as Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
We manage our fleet of cars, trucks, trailers, and equipment in-house. We have a strong emphasis on quality and customer service. We work hard to maintain well organized, clean, safe, and productive shop facilities.

Who we are in search of…
We are looking for a Shop Manager/Mechanic for our Lilburn, GA Region. In short, this person would be charged with the management of typical shop operations such as planning, scheduling, communicating, and adhering to established preventive maintenance program practices. Candidates should have a basic working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. They will be very organized and appreciate working in a shop which is kept neat, clean, and well organized. Though it may change seasonally, the Shop Manager at this location will most likely spend about 75% of their time working hands on, whether repairing vehicles and equipment directly, or while continually coaching, training, and developing mechanics.
The ideal candidate will be the best in his/her field. He/she will be sharp, energetic, self-motivated, and possess all the skills, talents, tools, and abilities, to perform the job proficiently. They will either be a top notch vehicle or equipment mechanic, or both.
For fleet vehicles, we operate Ford and Toyota. Our most popular hand held equipment is Echo. Our mowers, both walk behind and rider units, are Exmark, equipped with Kohler EFI engines. We of course have a lot of variety in other miscellaneous equipment typically used in Landscape Management operations.
